3.1. The Non-Disclosure Agreements ("NDAs") generated by the Service are based on the information you provide and are intended for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice.
3.2. Zephyr NDA does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the NDAs generated by the Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and customizing the generated NDA to ensure it meets your specific legal requirements.
3.3. Zephyr NDA shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or reliance on the NDAs generated by the Service.
4.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
4.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5.1. In no event shall Zephyr NDA, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
